Terms of Service

PageWatch.app (“PageWatch,” “we,” or “us”) provides visual monitoring tools for websites you control or are authorized to observe. By accessing or using the service you agree to these Terms of Service. Please do not use the service if you do not agree with the terms below.

1. Using PageWatch

You must be at least 18 years old, capable of forming a binding contract, and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account and for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

2. Acceptable Use

You may only use PageWatch for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe on the rights of others. In particular, you agree not to:

• Monitor, capture, or interact with websites, applications, or data that you are not authorized to access.
• Use PageWatch in connection with any illegal content, including sites distributing malware, hate speech, or other prohibited material.
• Circumvent security controls, attempt to reverse engineer the service, or interfere with its integrity or performance.
• Upload malicious code, take actions that could disrupt other users, or misuse the service in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

We may investigate and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

3. Your Monitors and Content

You are responsible for the URLs, monitor actions, screenshots, and other content you configure within PageWatch. Ensure you have all necessary permissions to capture or process any third-party website or data. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a limited license to host and process it for the purpose of providing the service.

4. Service Availability

We strive to keep PageWatch available, but downtime or changes may occur. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses that result from the service being unavailable, delayed, or inaccurate.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PageWatch and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of revenue, profits, goodwill, or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will post the updated terms on this page and update the date above. Your continued use of PageWatch after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
