How do I get the difference back?
Costco's price adjustment covers drops within 30 days of purchase. For online orders, request a price adjustment on costco.com. For warehouse purchases, take your receipt to the membership counter.
What counts as a drop?
Any price below what it cost when you started watching. After an alert, we only email again if it goes lower still.
Which items can I watch?
Anything with a price on costco.com (US). Warehouse-only items without an online price can't be watched.
What does it cost?
$2 once per product, for 30 days of checks. There's no subscription.
How often do you check?
About once an hour, for 30 days from when you pay.
Do you track warehouse prices?
No, only the price on costco.com. Warehouse prices can be different.
Do I need an account?
No. You only give us your email address, and we send the alerts there.
Can I stop early?
Yes. The confirmation email links to your watch page, which has a Stop watching button.
What do you do with my email?
We only email you about your watch, and we never share or sell your address. See Terms & privacy.
What if it doesn't work?
